Hooker & Holcombe Retirement Services, Inc. is a fully owned subsidiary
of Hooker & Holcombe, Inc. (H&H), one of the oldest and largest regional
actuarial and employee-benefit consulting firms in the Northeast. H&H is a privately
held corporation, and, in addition, we have minority ownership. Most of our consultants
are also owners.
